That is not normal for Mantle. The rendering line can be thicker if you're not running in Full Screen Mode however, so i recommend doing that.

Already said I tried fullscreen and window.

Only change is full screen makes a smaller line in GPU, But I still get huge FPS drops and massive cpu spikes in both.

It works its self along side the GPU's and when enabled it can cause memory leaks in battlefield games (resulting in poor performance and more often then not some crashing). Its usually enabled by default so usually a good idea to make sure its disabled in your bios.

I use UEFI Bios, Not sure what I'd be looking for? Never seen that before.

Dont understand how Punkbuster would effect it since no issues on DX but only mantle? :S

It will be called IGPU in the bios, make sure primary adaptor is set to PCI/PCIE and that IGPU multi-monitor and such related options are disabled.

I tried your config fullscreen, FPS seemed much more stable and it now shows 60hz instead of 0 for my screen.

However, 10 seconds into the game and again CPU Spiked right off the screen and the game frooze up.

Try the 14.3 AMD Beta drivers please.

How would I go about installing it? Use DDU to remove then install 14.3?

Chrome wont let me download it, Claiming its Malicious and blocked it.

You can uninstall the drivers normally, then run DDU if you like. Its not needed normally but seeing as you're having problems it might be worth trying.

I found something called internal graphics, So I disabled it and thats all I could find in regards of what your talking about. However never fixed the problem.

Sounding to me like a program in the background causing the spikes in CPU usage. The amount of programs shown loaded in your screenshot matches my suspicions.

I'm trying to think of a program that can monitor each process/program running, then maybe you can tie down what is causing the spikes.

Have you tryed using DDU and reinstalling the driver?
sounds a weird bug only in mantle and i wonder if its corrupted?

8GB full on RAM is defo an issue out of my 16GB most I have seen is under 6GB max.
