^ Exactly. And they're starting to realise shouting racist at everyone is no longer working but don't know what to do, so all that they can think of is shout racist even louder. And they say right-wing people have lower IQ's lol

Its great isn't it even all the mud they are trying to sling at Farage its just not working and they are looking increasingly desperate. I had a leaflet through my door just the other day for the 'freedom party ' or something its basically a load of students council and trade union members who have set up a party to rival UKIP. Thing is I had only read an article a few weeks early when the student union had announced it was planning to start a party purely to undermine UKIP voter base, they have no intention to act on their promise of withdrawal from the EU its a con.

The tide is changing in the UK LINK
The huge increases in migrants over the last decade were partly due to a politically motivated attempt by ministers to radically change the country and "rub the Right's nose in diversity", according to Andrew Neather, a former adviser to Tony Blair, Jack Straw and David Blunkett.
They have done untold damage to British society and the damage with reverberate for generations to come. Let history bare witness to the wanton disregard for the British population sold down the river for political end. And to think they started as a party for the working man? They resided over an open door policy that allowed uncontrolled migration lowering wages increasing competition in an already dwindling job market. Whilst stealing from the pension funds of hard-working Brits and spending money hand over fist on pushing forward a unworkable and unwanted experiment in multiculturalism.

Labour made a 'spectacular mistake' on immigration, admits Jack Straw
Which previous minsters now admit!

So think long and hard and remember what they have done, I for one will never forgot and the history books will tell of the betrayal.

New Labour are hardly left wing...

RED ED is though.

Seeing that i'm a son of immigrants, Latino, have a Bangladeshi ex-wife and engaged to a Chinese immigrant. Calling me a racist just made me laugh in your face. Crawl back into your box and take you fascist views with you

Anti immigration feelings are actually quite popular among immigrant families.

Nick Ferrari, first generation son of European immigrant, is anti EU and believes the proverbial gates to the country should be shut and chained (presumably right after his father passed through them). Nigel Farage is married to European immigrant but is xenophobically anti EU migration. Carlos Cortiglia, BNP's candidate for London Mayor, after immigrating from Uruguay as an adult himself, discovered he hated outlanders so much he joined the baldies with baseball bats the moment he obtained British passport in 2001.

Voting UKIP is stupid even if you like Nigel Farage and his pub landlord charm, because surely everyone understands within the party Nigel is surrounded by random loonies and cretins who are under no circumstance governing material. Most of his local candidates aren't even checked and screened. After getting 13 euro parliament seats in last elections UKIP managed to lose 45% of their unstable loon representatives in first two years. This time loons started coming out of woodwork even before leaflets were printed out. And these are their top people they chose for elections and governing seats. Seriously, you will vote cheerful Nigel in but end up with bunch of raving mad men screwing with your life, country and economy for five years.

They have done untold damage to British society and the damage with reverberate for generations to come.

TBH, so does Nigel and UKIP every day. Their representation in European Parliament is like 5th column, they vote against British interests all the time.

Really think about a situation where a nuclear weapon or weapons could be used against an aggressor in the 21st or 22nd centuries and it not effect everyone on earth in some way.

An argument for a much better equipped blue water navy and air force (Intercontinental Bombers) would be a far greater weapon that could actually be wielded against some-one like Russia, Iran, China etc.

Pps. We had nuclear (Polaris) weapons when the falklands started. They where not used or even threated to be used. What we did need, was a bigger aircraft carrier and intercontinental bombers.

The problem with that is that nukes can be used in ways other than to end the world as we know it.

If the UK does not have nuclear weapons, what is to stop Russia destroying an entire British carrier group with one? Out at sea, it's very different to an attack on a city or the like. It would most likely not be enough to provoke nuclear retaliation from the US or other allies in fear of escalation to full scale nuclear war. If the UK sustained nuclear capability, such an attack could not happen to begin with. The deterrent would be too strong and Russia would face certain nuclear retaliation.

The Falklands is a bad example here really, it wasn't a full scale war but rather a skirmish against a force without nuclear capability. I agree we need bigger more capable conventional forces, but that's in addition not instead of.

The entire thing depresses the **** out of me. Especially how 'popular' the Conservatives and UKip seem to be, holy ****.

I have no idea if I'll vote or not.

well just did the test, 84% ukip 81% tory.
i just can't stand William "we must bomb Syria now" Hague.

And the alternative would be:

Seriously, you will vote cheerful Labour in but end up with bunch of raving political correct feminist loonies screwing with your life, demographics and economy for another irreversable five years.

I have a bit of patriotism left in me and if i was English i would never vote for the party of Jack Straw the famous English hater or anyone else who is anti British. It is bad enough to see looneys like the UAF chase people for having flags on Saint George day which pretty much shows you the ideas and scum behind Labour and thier plans. They want to open the floodgates to unlimited amount of African socialists to get an iron grip on power yet going by the poll here are going to get SMASHED which would be a favourite term of the looney UAF brigade. This is what happens when you get nasty and try to trick and decive people and throw eggs at people who talk sense on TV. You get smashed for it.

Just look at those UKIP votes, let's hope Cameron's Britain is coming to an end. 2015 election shock result. Wonder how many of the 6,744 thread views intend on voting UKIP?

Conservatives for me.

They'll get in again anyway. That weird Milliband creature would resign as leader of the opposition and Labour might have a chance again in 2020.

In truth, I won't bother voting. I now live in NZ and am 99% certain I would do so for the rest of my live bar another move to another place. But very very unlikely that that place would be Britain. I feel voting for a party when I don't have to live under their rule would in a way be unfair.

I find liberal and left more fascist than anyone else right now. Shutting down debate and abusing anyone that doesn't share there twisted ideology

I love how they shout down anyone that doesn't believe in their liberal multicultural utopia. They've become the very thing they fought in the first place.

People, huh.

Well put it this way it will not be Conservative that is for sure:rolleyes:

It would be for the majority of the country though. At least the 2015 elections.

So I do hope you're ready for it?

Britain has benefited enormously from immigration and will do so for generations to come. British growth through the mid 00s was boosted hugely by the influx of enthusiastic skilled workers while our society and culture has been boosted by fresh ideas.

They resided over an open door policy that allowed uncontrolled migration lowering wages increasing competition in an already dwindling job market.

I hate to let the facts get in the way of a good rant but immigration has had little or no effect on employment or wages. Jobs are not a zero sum game, more people working means more jobs.

I don't understand the "British population" and "British society" arguments, as it's always been such a fluid thing. After which particular wave of immigration are you drawing the line and saying "right, this is how Britain should look forever"?

Personally I feel that large quantities of housing stock being bought as investment opportunities by people who have no intention of living there or letting them out more damaging to society than a family from Poland wanting to live here.

Conservative.

Why? For one, Cameron seems more of a "statesman" than the others (especially Milliband) the gov't is sorting the mess Labour left us (despite Ed Balls's claims to the contrary) and I think UKIP is a dangerous distraction appealing - generally - to the narrow minded , I fear for the consequences of this one trick pony making too many gains in the forthcoming Euro elections....

Very well put.
