Reports of a massive rebuild - but with the manager also reportedly leaving after their "failures" of this season, I think most players would wait until new manager is confirmed before chosing to force an exit.

Hopefully "losing" Costa to Chelsea will allow them to keep their current gk on loan for a season or two - but who knows.
 
Barca need a defense, keeper and a striker. They've had glaring holes for years it's no shock they've stayed near the top as the Spanish league is **** and it's even less if a shock they are getting exposed more and more often.

And their answer is Luis Enrique? Lol.

He's 20, I think too many forget that. think of Bale 4 years ago, he was ****(ish). Ronaldo at 20 was good but not a patch on the player he was at 24.

He's in a new country, a new continent, a new league, was ill over summer and has had injuries in the season, playing for a team that generally plays for/to Messi. I haven't seen anything that makes me think 100mil for sure, but he's had more than enough really pretty damn good games and scored enough goals that at 20 he's showing signs of being a very good player in the future.

Consistency and big performances in big games aren't really thinks you rely on 20yr olds for.

Messi has been off his game since his injury last year, hasn't looked remotely the same player at any stage since. Even in games he may score a goal, or three, he's been WAY less involved, way less sharp, just no where near his form of 2 years ago.

Yeah in a season where he has been garbage accoridng to everyone Messi has only got 41 goals in 44 games :D, deary me.

Class from the Barca fans as well, clapping their team and Atleti. Compared to other teams on the last home game of the season getting booed off at home by their own fans they are amazing even with their half empty stadium most weeks :p
 
Yeah, away fans situation isn't great for games like that. Kind of sucks to win the title away from home when you need binoculars to see your own fans :p

I don't know if they would or not, when I went to a game there we went down to the edge on the bottom tier afterwards, having been up in the ridiculous high part of the stand. Would be nice if the barca fans cleared a section so the Atletico fans could get pitchside to celebrate.
 
Something that's done because of the Spanish FA say so, or because of what the big boys say?

Think its a shame to win the title for first time in 20yrs or so, and then celebrate in front of 450ish fans.

But his goals tends to come in high amounts against lower teams, which is what I said.

Also how are my Neymar comments stupid? Whenever I have seen him he does very little. When he came on today didn't have a decent touch. Looks out his depth, one day he may be world class but he is a mile off the standard currently.

I said when everyone was creaming themselves at his showboating against crap teams in Brazil that we'll see how good he truly is when he comes to Europe and plays a few decent defences.

As it happens, he hasn't looked quite so incredible since he went to Barca, by no means bad but hardly the world legendary player he was being touted as.
