Seems that she's the brains of the operation. It's impossible to fold a shirt with fewer creases than if it were hung on a coat hangar. Therefore hang, always.

The only time you need to fold is if you are packing shirts in a suitcase.

I folded them we'll be in the car all day and I don't feel like having loose shirts on the back seat.
That, and I don't have space to hang at home.
I've never had a problem with folds on my shirts personally but they're mainly casual.

Thinking about it, I think the few smart shirts I have are always hanging..
