just because you take a bottle of wine dosen't mean you have to sleep together.
nor does it mean you have to get wasted.
just have a glass with your meal then make your escape.
 
Buy her the biggest bunch of flowers, lots of chocolate and wine, then constantly text her all the time asking how she is and telling her how amazing she is!

Become her emotional tampon and get your friend zone on!

In my opinion, the whole inviting you over thing means she is planning to do something which would not be considered acceptable in a normal restaurant situation.

Sounds like she used to like you a lot too from what you've said so she might be trying again after 10 years of failed relationships (possibly).

My suggestion would be just to turn up in a food stained tanktop without laces in your shoes and refuse to eat with anything other than your hands. You will be able to have the conversation you seem to crave, and her ravenous womanly needs will become a distant memory.
 
Just bring a bottle of wine, two glasses each, you should be able to keep your hands to yourself provided you have some willpower.

Unless this is a veilled, "I want someboy to give me permission to bang my ex" thread. If it is then I suggest a case of lambrini and some love eggs.

Or maybe she just likes to cook/wants a more comfortable setting/doesn't fancy spending the money on a restaurant?
