Need a 2.0/2.1 system for TV, Wavemaster STAX 2.1 maybe??

so im looking for a new 2.1 or 2.0 system to hook up to my new samsung tv, It will be used for gaming and movies mainly and came across these in the weekly sale http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=SP-001-WM

Anyone use or used these? just looking for general thoughts or maybe other suggestions

at that price point your going to usually get a garbage 2.1 system

better off with 2.0 and getting edifier r1600t's

i was looking at them the other day, saw a topic on here about them and think i read that they wernt terrible for gaming so sort of put me off a little.

as the buyer both fall into the same category. Edifiers will do a grand job if you have room to squeeze them in but they will lack on bass.

The wavemasters are OK I've dumped the price to a very low margin as I don't deal with the supplier anymore so when they are gone they are gone.

The Edifier prisma white will do a nice job for TV speakers and a spot of gaming they are also on offer at the moment.

Microlabs offerings are also pretty good. with the F330 being a a good choice both for looks and sound. Sure at this price you aren't going to get corsair sp2500 sound. (which remains one of our best selling 2.1 set ups for a reason.)

Think im going to get the r1600t but might wait see if they land on a today or this week sale

With those being the last ever R1600T's I'm going to have in stock they won't be going on sale anytime soon I'm afraid.
