Failed ram

Hi guys, Been having problems with windows having bluescreens, Games crashing or desktop freezes.

I downloaded memtest as I did buy some new ram and well, One or more failed. What would you do at this point? Remove all the ram and test each one until the problem stick is found?

you could do but if its part of a kit then you'll need to rma all of the sticks anyway

Ah okay. Will just remove both new sticks and rma. Thanks.
