Drive Club looks like a completely different style of game, and I'm not sure how you can say it's better than the GT series when it isn't even out yet. Unless I've missed some epic sarcasm or an inside joke.[/QUOTE]

They are still driving games though so are comparable on that level.

With the GT games now I just feel as if Kaz has lost the plot and is just so wrapped up in his own ego he can't make a good GT game any more.

I hope I'm wrong with GT7 but if he tries to pull any non premium BS then that's that he will see no more money from me. He needs to realise quality trumps quantity.

i think 4 quid for a week is great. Games like second son or watchdogs, which i've been on the fence about because i thought i'd get bored of them too quickly would go down nicely in this instance

So when Sony said a while back that we would get to play older titles on the PS4 this is it? No actual emulation to play physical stuff then?

PSN Plus pretty much gives you a large collection of free games (72 per year). Sony control the full PSN market there is no reason to offer a better deal than they currently do unless MS offer a better service than them.

Sorry to go back three pages but, it's not free is it ? We rent them for the duration of our PS+ subscription.

Do you think PlayStation Now could kill off the PS ssecond hand market?

At a glance these prices look a bit high. But when you think about it they're not bad.

A second hand copy of something like The Last of Us costs between 15 and 20. I'd be pretty happy if I could get for half that for just seven days.

Hm that's because the game is bs and has like 8 hours of gameplay. Wgat about a final fantasy game where you need 60 -70 hours and want to play it over say a 6 month period? Hexpensive. What if you want to revisit your save game in 13 months time etc?

No, I think it would be impossible to emulate the Cell with the hardware they currently have.
I agree that would be possible, what I meant was when Sony were talking about ps1 games coming to PS4 some time ago, were they referring to this or are they actually planning on updating the PS4 with emulation for us to play games via disc/PSN downloads etc?

Price drop
4hr-$3
week - $6
month- $8
3 months-$15

far more reasonable apart from maybe the 4Hr Rental for about £2, £4-6 for a week/month seems not to bad a price compared to rental.

See imagine when this is how all new games will be played and subscribed to. Subscription gaming is coming!

It's already here :p But the model only works for MMOs really. Something like BF/CoD would fall flat on its ass if they tried (unless it was really cheap).

I'm hoping they add a $1/£1/1 hour option, good way to give games a try that you might be interested in since demos are a thing of the past now - or better yet give us a 1-time 30 mins free per game :D
