Twitch "Girl Gamers"

The fact some posters cannot spot her obvious satire/trolling is both bewildering and alarming. Let me spell it out for you: It's a joke! She is not serious. She's happily making cash off the naivety of people unable to spot a very transparent ruse.

If you believed she was serious, I hope to god you don't have a student loan. Because that was money down the drain! I had no prior knowledge of her and within 30 seconds it was patently obvious this was a joke, some further searches pretty much confirmed that to be the case.
 
Twitch is starting to wind me up, as I use it as a conduit to see a game I'm interested in or like (but want tips on how to play or better myself at it, ie wow in pvp), yet its filled with absolute attention whores who only talk about donations and subs. Most of the female twitch users are honestly cringe worthy in their approach and just come across as major bunny boilers with an example being one girl has a giant blow fish teddy she streams with and cuddles it and talks to it when she gets a sub. Sure, my little pony fans might find that endearing, yet I must be too damn old to appreciate the approach.

Look at some of the biggest male streamers, plus well known youtubers who have cut content to take up twitch partnership to cash in on their youtube subs. Example of a very well known streamer is sodapoppin, who, whilst is very good at WOW pvp, hosts some weird sitcom style turd on his channel with constant vids on his youtube from what he does when not streaming. An example of a sell out youtuber who went to twitch is angryjoe, whos done absolutely sod all since he got into twitch and even has other people playing games for him when he can't be bothered to rake in the donations and subs from his user base.

I honestly don't like the way its going.

But you think that exploiting a service just because you can is ok?

Got to agree, if they were abusing it twitch would ban them. All they're doing is taking advantage of lonely needy men.

Just like footballers wouldn't be on massive wages if nobody turned up to watch them play.
