Spec me my first foray into RWD

As above, name and shame! If he hasn't got the time to show you around his products for sale, then he doesn't deserve the business!

I own a DC2. Test drove a gt86 yesterday, I didn't expect to think this but the gt86 is too slow.

Integra felt significantly quicker when I jumped back into it.

It was nice to drive, but it really needs another 30-40 bph to make me consider it in the future.

The BMW Z4 is somewhere between the rawer S2000 and more GT like 350Z and that's what I got from similar search criteria a couple of years ago. The Boxster is a better drive but would be a few years older and potentially cost significantly more to run.

BRZ + Cosworth goodies will sort that when its released

I dont understand why people always pen the 350z as slow and heavy, it feels noting but to drive.

Felt way more balanced than any other RWD car I've driven!

I think the main reason a lot of people had a go at it was because it was roughly the same size/weight as the 300ZX but a bit slower and nowhere even close to being as tunable, not exactly a massive improvement (reliability aside) for 14 years, IMO they should have used the 3L single turbo version of that engine like the Gloria had, not the 3.5L N/A it ended up with.

Well....I accidentally booked a test drive on a GT86 for Friday. ...

With a deposit and discounts I can fund the finance for 18 months or so with what I was going to spend outright...

Still not sure I want to commit to long term payments with only a 6 month contract even though the money is decent it's a risk if I don't get one quickly again when it ends.

What about that guys R34 he was selling? Circa 500BHP(??) and looks brilliantlly maintaned by the blog he posted.

Id love one, but i'm still a child. Easily will be a future classic. The GTR Fetches £35k for a nice low mileage one lol.

Where in the UK are you? I can take you out in a 2007 HR 350z if you are in the Somerset/Bristol area.
