I don't think the GTA girl looks anything like her... yes she can change her hair colour and make a slightly similar pose but then again so can plenty of women in LA

GTA girl looks much much more like Candice Swanepoel (or Kate Upton)

I remember Sensible Soccer in the 90s where the players had names like "Alun Sheerer" and "Jon Barns" and they avoided being sued so I don't see how Lohan has a case here.

Besides, I'm sure they'll be a disclaimer somewhere in the game saying the usual "any similarities between characters and real persons are purely coincidental".
 
Actually she does kind of have a point - read on later and um do your own research (I'd forgotten how ugly she looks without makeup :O) there is plenty of background material previous to GTAV where she is sporting similar poses, very very similar clothing and accessory styles, etc. as is used in GTAV, its not really much of a stretch that she was used as the inspiration - whether there is a legal case or not is another matter entirely.

EDIT: End of the day though as OP said it is somewhat a generic style/look not completely uncommon in LA, etc. not really unique to Lindsay Lohan despite the strong similarities.

I love would to see rockstar turn round and say something along the lines of;

We admit we based the character on all generic blonde star that has an overinflated sense of self importance. If that is you then sorry we screwed up.
