Buzzing from my gpu?

Started up skyrim for the first time, and noticed my graphics card makes a buzzing sound. Like it's being overworked.
I went to settings to run it on low to see what happens and it still makes the buzz....

Tried a few games (regardless of ultra to lowest setting):
Skyrim - buzz
Xcom - buzz
Sleeping dogs - buzz
Defense grid - buzz
But smaller ones like:
Bastion - silent
ftl - silent
Terraria - silent

And was wondering if its normal?
Im using a Radeon X edition 7870 hd GPU

Any info would be appreciated

It could be coil whine my gpu has it with a few games

Check where the coil whine is coming from. I fitted a GTX 780 a while ago and though the coil whine was coming from it. Turns out its was my PSU.

A tip. Get a used toilet roll. Open your case and fire up something that makes it buzz. Put the toilet roll to your ear and use it to locate whether the whine is from the GPU or the PSU.

Would most likely be coil whine, I suffer with it on a fair few games.

+1 for coil whine, myself I have never noticed it on either of my GPU's, but whining as most likely caused by that.
