Wife is in UK and I'm back here for a week, so stupidly thought, I'll surprise her by ripping apart the house.

So I bought some more laminate floor and a bargain bog and sink and got to work.






I'm going to miss the salmon pink.


Pipework now installed ;)

I got some new DCs as well

I don't know the name of the DCs, let me go and check see if it says on them... OK inside them they say Men's Patrol TX.

And yea, I hate the pink stuff, it's vile. They never seem to have white huge packs though. Swines.

Just got to do the kitchen floor now tomorrow. Not looking forward to it but it's the last thing on my list.

Surely the whole point is to see peoples reactions to the purchases? Otherwise it'll just be another random image thread.

I never post what I've bought in here, but I do enjoy reading the comments.

Exactly its stupid, specially to leave a post that still contains the original link also, whats to stop the next person coming along viewing it and going 'Hey why do you have a folder called Pug *******?"

It's also unfair to label all the posts as "trolling", that is such an over used word now it's almost lost complete meaning.

There are quite a lot of posts regarding to the reasoning and validity of the intent of the purchaser than ever before, especially when it is out of the ordinary.

I think it is fair to discuss a product, I do think it is pointless to question the purchase AFTER it has been bought. Not only because it is paid for already, and also because you don't know the OP's exact circumstances, intent of desire, and it is not your money anyway so there really is no point "having a go" at someone buying something that you don't agree with.

Sure, you can express your desire and shock at certain items, but that is nothing more than to your taste than actually it being a wrong purchase.

Did you actually see the posts? I don't think you did, as I wasn't questioning why anyone bought anything.

Firstly, it was someone claiming Japan as a whole is backward and perverted, and another was to do with comments with regards to a photo someone posted of their PC screen, which had a folder on the desktop called "pug *n-word*" so people were asking what was up with that.

I didn't see that, and I agree that those posts seems a bit off topic to say the least.
 
Surely the posts that were deleted related to the pug folder on that guys PC?

If the discussion was about the monitor, the posts would still be there.

I really hope it's not a sign of things to come, I really enjoy the banter and on/off topic discussions between peoples purchases, think we all enjoy it.

And am still waiting for my delivery, was expecting it this morning.
