Vegan and non vegan, healthy and non healthy recipe's that are seriously tasty.

The latest video

I've taken the simple no-knead bread recipe and made it even lazier! The dough is made in a bag, so no mixing bowl to wash up. Of course, if you prefer to be more conventional, you can use a bowl and stir with a spoon. The bread is crusty on the outside, very soft and moist inside. It's easy and cheap to make. There is one catch, it requires long proofing time (8-12hrs for the first proof, then 1.5-2hrs for the second), so takes a little planning in advance. Anyway, if you'd like some homemade bread, this recipe is really worth trying. Easy, cheap, very little effort, no special equipment, and pretty much fail proof.

Bread

Probably the easiest homemade bread recipe ever! Basic ingredients. Little clean up -- no floured counter top, no sticky hands.

I like it. The only thing I'd say, which is really just due to a pet peeve of mine, is that it would be nice if everything was in grams. I know you can kind of work it out but really all modern recipe output should choose one method of measuring ingredients and stick to it.

(I spend a lot of time converting recipes to grams...) :p

I am teaching her how to create and edit video's, but also wanted to leave her alone to do her own thing, she ended up using the mic on her lap top rather than one I gave her... will try and fix that next time round :D

Most of it is in grams, there are some teaspoon measurements but you can see the weight on the scales, but it is a valid comment I will mention it to her :)

Her accent... well she has a Chinese-Taiwanese-Anglo-American accent. Moved to America when she was a child from Taiwan, then moved to the UK about 15 years later :D

She's done a great job, especially for a first attempt, so I hope I didn't come across as suggesting it was bad :)

Any other recipes that are in the pipeline?

Not at all. :)

She's working on video's for an easy scone recipe and a cheap and easy cake recipe. She doesn't like messy cooking, so finds ways to minimize mess and cleaning. :)

Oh and thanks to who ever changed the title of the post! :D

"kneads" to work on sound quality? Fantastic pun! :D

I knew she was Asian by her accent - I love that part of the world, Asian girls make the best wives ;)

Cool little recipe and good luck to her with the rest of them. :)
