racers ever admit to these sort of things, when they do it usually means there career is going to go down not up as they wont take risks anymore and to be right at the top you need to take the odd risk or 2.
what he said doesn't seem right as for most of the last 10+ laps the others where almost at there lap times they did in the dry, so the track couldn't have been that bad.

I thought all real value when Stoner blew him away in his first season there to be honest. Perhaps Stoner's injury-hit final season helped raise his stock a touch?
