Nyaa~

This turned up today. ;)

Not many to go now, I have one other order to arrive sometime in the next week or two and that's it really for the next two months. I did order something few days ago for next month, but that's it really.

This was meant to be part of a order at the beginning of the month but I made a mistake in the shipping option, so they was broken up.

Since, I hate shipping cheap things by themselves, I took advantage of the shipping and added these two books that was on sale (£3 each) but since they are thick.. and therefore heavy, that made the shipping expensive again which I only found out when I got the bill.

Had to take a other photo since the other side of the "cushion" would had made you all lose your minds. :p

The books are full of comics, sure it's all in Japanese, but they are translated online by others, other then that, these books are kiddy grade Japanese, so they make good learning materials. There is a few posters inside, there is also two cards that lists equipment and fleet girl roster.

The primary reason I like to buy these is because of the nice pictures inside, the picture on the left is the enemy Wo-class aircraft carrier and the two on the right is the Heavy Cruisers and later Aviation Cruisers Suzuya and Kumano.

There is also what I would describe as navel combat tactics and information.

More pictures of the Kanmusu (fleet girls), reading from top left to right then down, we have the Seaplane Tender and later Light Carrier Chitose, Battleship and later Avaition Battleship Fusou, she was turned into a Aviation Battleship after the Battle of Midway when they lost four aircraft carriers. Next up is the fast battleship Kongou who was designed and built in the UK before the War, she often speaks in English and has English habits like drinking Tea.

Below Kongou, we have the battleship Nagato and next to her on the left is the battleship Yamato. she was nicknamed the "Hotel" since she her crew quarters was pretty luxariest at the time as well as having bands play and really good food.

Some worthwhile notes, when she was launched into the water, her entry made a mini-tsunami which destroyed and flooded many homes along the river. Japan had designs to build Super Yamato class battleships which would had given them 20" guns.

Finally we have the battleship Ise who was converted into a aviation battleship after Midway due to the lost of four aircraft carriers, they also thought about turning her into a full aircraft carrier but they dropped that idea.

The last two are the submarines, I-58 (Goya) and the submarine I-168 (Imuya)

Goya was a aircraft carrying submarine. Imuya had some success during the Battle of Midway as she sank the aircraft carrier USS Yorktown and the Destroryer USS Hammann.
