Voice your opposition to the Israeli actions for the past 65+ years

Crikey I did a quick google and the quantity of propaganda out there is even more astonishing than I thought.

This one doesn't demonstrate at all the provocation that Israel instigates.

So what do we believe? No idea. On one hand you have Hamas actually declared by the international community as Terrorists who have publicly announced they want to kill all Jews in Israel. On the other hand you have a nation that is trying to force out a people that have no where else to go by force of arms and killing.

BOTH SIDES ARE GUILTY FOR KILLING INNOCENTS.
 
I really wish people would stop this nonsense with "there was no Palestinian state so it's okay to give it away" and certain posters in the other thread with the utter tripe of "they are goat herders so don't deserve it".

Put it this way, if Germany had won the war and ruled England for 100 years. The majority of the population wouldn't change. If Germany fell apart and the world was deciding who should get to rule England.... it would be NUTS if say 10% of the population of Brazil simply emigrated to England, then the world decided those new people to the country deserve half of the land in England.

People failed to mention that regardless of Palestinian state or not, 89% or so of the land was owned by Palestinians who were born and grew up in that area. Jewish people owed about 7% of the land, and most of that was jewish people who immigrated into the country fairly recently. The population was about 66/33 split Palestinian/Jewish, with afaik the large majority of the Jewish people born in other countries.

So 89% of the land or so and the majority of the population were Palestinian, but due to British rule, it shouldn't have become a Palenstinian state. Even under British rule the Palenstinian people owned the land. People who actually owned the land, had documents to say they owned the land and had maybe had that land in their family for hundreds of years... had it given away to people who didn't live there, weren't born there.

It was a Palestinian state in everything but name. The land was owned by them, the population was born there, they worked the land, built the houses/infrastructure, built the cities. Who claimed to be in charge doesn't change who actually lived there.

The UN decision was a disgrace, and UN were unable to actually enforce the mandate because by their own rules they could only interfere militarily if there was an international threat(effectively). This wasn't part of UN's mandate. The mere threat of giving away their peoples land, and aggression from Jewish people who were immigrating and bringing weapons. The UN effectively told them they were going to take their land, told the Jewish people they were going to get themselves their own state.... .then sat back, waited for it to get violent, then used the violence as an excuse to send in their army to enforce the absurd decision they made to split the country up.

When the land was handed over to the Jewish people, they effectively created an occupied country with an oppressed native population.

Doesnt help matters when middle east tv has childrens cartoons portraying jews as pigs and should be slaughtered ? I vote for leave them to it, israel has been attacked on all side for years due to the 'anti anything that is not islam' mandate. What i do not understand is why hamas carry on firing missiles into israel in the hope of killing innocent citizens? They know that israel will retaliate with strikes and yet they carry on. They bring it on themselves if you ask me, its like poking a scorpion until it reacts and stings you
 
I generally support Israel but I don't kid myself that don't make errors in judgement from time time. I would have more sympathy for the Palastinians if they had kept the Oslo accords where they all the west banks, Gaza strip and half of Jerusalem they also votted for a terrorist party to represent them in government.

Anyone who strongly supports Israel is simply ignorant and has no idea of the previous historical events which has caused this conflict. If they are aware of previous historical events and still strongly support Israel, then they are most likely hypocrites. Quick to shout terrorist but support it at the same time? May as well go back to WW2 and throw your Nazi salutes in the air.

The Zionist propaganda machine is in full effect I guess, and boy is it a well oiled and well maintained machine.
