Played a couple of hours lats night and thought the new maps were mostly decent, but still prefer the originals overall.
Had some Rush on each map, then that chain link mode which is kind of pointless to be honest. It wasn't a bad mode, just don't really see what it adds. Seems to be better for competative gaming - trying to set up links to bleed tickets.
When it's full of randoms it just didn't work and was just played like any CQ game.
Was my first time on BF4 in about 8 weeks, and one of only 2-3 gaming sessions at all in 8 weeks that lasted more than 10 minutes. Needless to say, I was flippin awful last night. Aim was all over the damn place - you'd think I'd never played it before.

I finished off unlocking the new weapons last night.
I haven't tried them all yet, but the Bulldog and Deagle are both worth unlocking, the standard sight on the Deagle is crap though.
The shield seems to take a couple of bullets before it breaks, on hardcore anyway. After i've used it for 5 minutes for the achievement, i doubt it will be used again.
I'll try to get a RAWR & test out the Sniper & PDW next time i'm on.
The Killjoy assignment is going to take some time to unlock. The Chainlink matches i've played either get to about 300 tickets each or one team is slaughtered before the 10 minute time limit runs out.
The closest i got to the 'Win a round of Chainlink with 50 tickets left' the other team got to 0 tickets left and the game ended with 24 seconds remaining on the clock, so it was close but no cigar.

.I think the RAWR is only on Conquest, i haven't seen anyone using it on other modes yet. I don't know the pick up locations on the maps for it yet though, i'll try to find them tonight.
Played last night. New maps are actually pretty decent. I noticed they've re-used loads of assets from other maps: There's the shopping mall from Siege Of Shanghai on one map and that market level uses the rooftops from Floodzone.
Also, the game bloody crashed last night! Just as we were all just about to leave.

I've been playing fine tonight, until Xbox Live went down about 10 minutes ago...
The new PDW is excellent, i cant say about the new sniper yet, i need to unlock the ACOG to compare it to my normal GOL.
I was having robot wars on chain link with another RAWR earlier, lol

I should be about! Make a change from running around on my own haha lol, the power of the "cloud".
I was looking at re downloading bf4 again for a play but after watching that bland ugly map i think ill pass.
