So I'm eating a few of these things when I start to feel something weird in my mouth!

Turns out this was chilling within one of the dippers...

Needless to say I won't be eating/buying these things again. Should I send a complaint?

Yes!!!!

What the hell is it?

I would not only take the complaint to the place you purchased them, but the manufacturer also!

dat chicken breast in frozen foods like this ain't like any chicken breast I've ever experienced when groping a chicken.

It's 50% chicken breast 50% pulped chicks?

Sad state of affairs when they have to explain how the percentages relate to the food on the packaging now. What sort of a dumbed down, ****ed up Country are we living in?

Chicken Breast (50%) dey only put half a chicken breast in packet doe? what a rip off!

50% chicken breaset 50% other ingredients such as the coating lol....

that coating ain't so generous it's a skinny layer.

I swear there's an unlisted ingredient "aqua" to make the chicken swell up

snip

No mention of paper. I'm sending a complaint.
Nice and healthy meal you have there.

E450(i) Di sodium di phosphate (di sodium pyrophosphate)
E450 (ii) Tri sodium di phosphate
E450 (iii) Tetra sodium pyrophosphate
E450 (v) Tetra potassium pyrophosphate
E450 (vi) Calcium di hydrogen di phosphate

Salts of sodium/potassium/calcium with phosphates. All are produced synthetically from the respective carbonates and phosphoric acid.
Buffers and emulsifiers. E450 (iii) also binds metals and prevents discoloration due to metals.
High concentrations of phosphates may disturb several metabolic processes as phosphate plays an important role in general metabolism.

The manufacturer will take this very seriously. Contamination of product makes for tremendously bad publicity (local newspaper love this kind of stuff) and suggest a compromise of procedure in the manufacturing or packaging process.

The will likely offer compensation if you are inclined to push for it. Regardless, you should complain so that they can look into it to minimise the chance of future occurrence.

Far from healthy. I needed a quick snack. Didn't expect this.

Have sent them an email. Hopefully I'll get some sort of response tomorrow.

Something strange about you..... Can't put my finger on it.

Please don't take offence.
