RAID 0 Speeds decreasing rapidly.

Hi all. I currently have a setup with two Western Digital 1TB Hard Drives in RAID 0 for increased write speeds for a video recording setup. I've noticed recently the framerate I used to get whilst recording no longer exists. After benching it, I notice it's gone down from 250mb/s to 160mb/s. What would be causing this and how can it be solved? Cheers!

are the drives nearly full when they werent before

I'm using about 1TB of the 1.8TB share at the moment. The files that get recorded to it are ridiculously large (sometimes a few hundred gb a file)

At just over 50pc use that could be the problem
