Rocky 3 & 4 although when I watch either - I start to think that I must dig out the bike
Die Hard
Licence To Kill - A proper Bond, along with OHMSS, From Russia with Love and Casino Royale.
Robocop.
Terminator goes into the Gun store and asks for a Plasma rifle like you do...
Pale Rider
The Untouchables
Indiana Jones - Raiders of the Lost Ark (all three are great)
Star Wars - Empire and ROTJ.
1980s was my era for films, where 90s was more about music for me
Labyrinth
Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure
Indy Jones (especially Temple of Doom)
Time Bandits
Biggles
Arnie films (Commando, Running Man etc)
Batteries Not Included
ET
Mad Max 2
Back to the Future III
Predator has to be one of the most under rated movies out there, everything about that movie was perfect. Pity they dont make movies even half as good as that any more.
The Burbs
Batteries not included
Weird Science
The Running Man
Goodfellas
Last of the Mohicans
Braveheart
Explorers
Goonies
Over the top
No Holds barred
I was wondering if someone would make that mistake. Still 1979 is close enough.
Am now waiting for someone to point out a film in my list that wasn't either 80s or 90s.

Agreed. Films had a certain charm back in those days, that they just can't recreate now, at least that's how I see it. The amount of films since 2000 that I would consider among my favourites, pale compared to the number of films from the 80s and 90s.
