The newspaper in the intro has an ad where it says: "Bestil jeres julefrokost i god tid!" which roughly translates to "Order your christmas dinner in good time!"
In a room on the first floor of the castle, is a newspaper, lying on a table. The paper is called Japan Tomorrow and the headline reads: Danish Criminals in Japan, with pictures of what looks to be, three IOI employees (developers of this game). The Danish text above the pictures says "Københavner drenge i Japan" which means "Copenhagen boys in Japan" (Copenhagen is the capital of Denmark) and the Danish text below the pictures says "Mistænkt for Pigesmugling" which translates to "Suspected for Girl-smuggling."
In most missions there's a newspaper lying around somewhere. On the frontpage you can read that "F.C.K. slår Bundby". That translates into Football Club København (Copenhagen, the capitol of Denmark) beats Sucktown, which again is slang for another football club Brøndby. Those two clubs have an ongoing rilvalry between fans. The developers are huge F.C.K. fans and this is further shown by many crates and warehouses being marked with "F.C.K.".
I wonder if question 10 is the one everyone is getting wrong, since that's the only answer people have given for it.
There's also multiple newspapers with Danish text on them throughout the game:
Breaking it down:
Q1 is 90% likely to be Gordon Freeman, even though there's multiple characters which don't talk he is the most famous for it.
Google-fu shows that the correct answers for Q2-Q7 are:
Q2 is The Sims
Q3 is Civilization IV
Q4 is Cherry
Q5 is Fallout 3
Q6 is Art Directors D.o.B
Q7 is The Office
Q8 is ambiguous as there's lots of "Features", but I think the "striking-power gauge" which appears when you attempt a shot on goal is the most likely.
Q9 Could be a range of games, Manhunt is the most obvious, but the banned games there's:
Manhunt
Manhunt 2
Postal 2
Reservoir Dogs
RapeLay
Three Sisters' Story
Q10 Could be either one of the newspapers or the pizza boxes.
Yeah, I did think that several of the questions are a bit too ambiguous - it's almost down to luck whether you come up with the correct combination![]()

Each week most of the questions are essentially "freebies" however there will be those questions that require the extra effort.
You can enter as many times up to Sundays @ 6pm or until you "believe" you have answered all that weeks questions correctly. Don't forget to add a new reply to the thread - DO NOT edit your original post as that will void it.
It is the first person who posts the first set of correct answers who will win a give away from the weekly pool and 8 league points, with everyone else earning 2 points.
To ensure fairness there will be no clues or indication to answers given as the week progresses. It will only be on Sundays when the previous weeks answers are posted.
Each week it is intended that the questions will have varying themes week 2 is completly different from this weeks.
Finally, so far there are 17 people in the ladder and a some more titles have been added to the pool.
What are the rules on using Google etc.? Or is it all supposed to be own knowledge?
Didn't PES have the power-gauge thing before Fifa and so 'online play' could be more likely?
This title was the first game of the series with a power bar for shooting (such a feature already existed in the Super NES version of the first game, but it was not in all versions of the game). FIFA 2001 was the first version (for the PC) that could be played online, which was revolutionary.
Unfortunately devising a 'Google proof' quiz is very difficult .....!
Q9 Could be a range of games, Manhunt is the most obvious, but the banned games there's:
Manhunt
Manhunt 2
Postal 2
Reservoir Dogs
RapeLay
Three Sisters' Story
still plenty of time for people to enter the ladder
Can you at least give a hint as to which question is causing the most trouble?
