Wales approves cannabis-based medicine

Years ago people turned their nose up against cannabis due to the media and other sources feeding the lies that it is bad.

The list is endless for the positive medical benefits for this plant, research suggest it even produces brain cells, not kills them! it kills cancel cells!!

Uruguay and America have the right idea for prescription, Uruguay have made it legal for cultivate and use, completely.

I can not wait for it become legal in England, the trouble is, pharmaceutical companies make money from chemotherapy and other drugs, cannabis is a cure to a lot of things and that's partly why they don't want it legalized.

It's such a beautiful looking plant as well amazing smell, yes there are reports of negative effects, I understand this, mental health etc, but that's if you have it underlying already, it can bring it out, I've been a cannabis user for 14 years and it's not done me one ounce of harm, it opens your mind up in beautiful ways.

Pretty sure most smokers say that. Out of interest, WHY have you used it for 14 years? What medical condition do you have that has required you to do so?
 
Fantastic news! We watched a video on MS sufferers and cannabis 12-15 years ago when I was in school, the spray under the tongue.

Whole class was in utter confusion why it's not available after seeing the affects it had.

Glad to see things moving forward. MDMA next!
 
Whilst I believe it should be legal a mate of mine massively overdid it when he was younger and now has the memory, and attention span, of an X factor viewer.
 
Really good news for people with MS. And with the added benefit of removing the sorry excuse for some people who eulogise about for the "wonder" plant whilst being blissfully unaware of the serious problems with smoking cannabis.
 
i have gone from having 4-6 weeks a year off work with migraines, to having none, since i started smoking

I'm sure you've also lost most of your social life, most of your brain cells, and most of your alveoli. But with a name like Haze I expect you're just fine with that!

Same can be said for drinkers and I like my drink :p (with alveoli being replaced with liver/kidney cells)

Could always use a vaporiser?

I used to smoke a few years back.
Never got on with booze, so saw it as my right- if others can get off their heads, then why shouldn't I be able to?

My head is fine, my body works and I've missed oh-so-many hangovers.
I kept myself to myself, never forced it on anyone else, never sold the stuff, never crashed a car/had a fight/got in trouble, yet technically I'm a criminal.

Stopped a few years ago now mainly due to budgetary reasons. And the fact I'm not getting any younger...

The situation here is frankly daft, with so many people doing the angry demon response as soon as anyone mentions cannabis- mainly due to the Daily Mail telling us all that one spliff= crazy axe murderer.
Political parties will talk about it shortly before an election to get the smokers onside, then again nothing will change, and money will continue to be haemorrhaged fighting 'the war on drugs', which doesn't work.
Proposed treatments would likely use non-psychoactive components of the plant anyway, in a processed pill or liquid- which wouldn't get someone high.
Meh.
