Speed camera vehicle - right or wrong?

The speed camera van issue aside, how annoying was it that she wouldn't step outside of the guys house.

i think she was hoping he'd try to shut the door on her foot so she could arrest him for it

;)

"Assault"

Annoying cow... she was trespassing... but nothing will come of it.

I see someone who is ****ed off at a system and doesn't know how to react to it... he just doesn't know how to express his anger, that's all.

OK, I think the fellas heart was in the right place, but the WPC was the biggest tool.

Trespass then aggravated trespass as the bloke asked several times for her to remove her foot, wouldn't be surprised if she gets reported to the IPCC.

I don't think it is a Police van, but a council van, likes ones of those 'in partnership with' yellow vans I see knocking about outside cash machines, but the livery is a bit confusing.

I didn't watch it all but "Jones the steam" being passive aggressive and knowing his rights over and over bored me to tears.

PCs should get him sectioned. I truly hate these 'Freemen' type ***** - No TV licences etc socially challenged retards.

Putting aside the video-tape of the speed camera, the behavior of the WPC was outrageous, its behavior like that , which makes people lose any remaining respect for the service.

Welsh..... Check
Clearly Mental..... Check
Thinks he knows the law..... Check
Has a camera to pander to over idiots..... Check

IMO she had the patience of a saint as i would have lamped him one after the first minute... being police or not

What a complete knob that bloke is. People like that really annoy me, they are the type that cry blue murder if someone wrongs them and stamp their feet that the police arent doing their jobs, and then goes and wastes hours of two officers time for a few "likes" and views on YouTube.

Looking at the livery, I would say it's highly likely to be operated by the Police and not the council.

To be fair to the female officer, if she had removed her foot, he would have probably closed the door and then what?

Anyway, that aside and the parking of the van debate, was he or wasn;t he correct in saying that Police Support staff are not allowed to operate and gather evidence for any judicial process?

He's wrong. All speed camera vans in Hampshire are operated by Police Staff. You only need to be trained to use the equipment.

There are many other examples where Police staff are part of the evidence gathering process such as Drug Intelligence Officers etc.
