Hey guys, was thinking whether Voldesnape would make me a controller over the clan, so that I can make people higher ranks etc. What you think? If you aren't in the clan already let us know your name and we will invite you!
 
I'm slowly building my best gods for each role:

Mage: Anubis
Assassin: Mercury
Tank: Ares

I suck with Warriors and Hunters though :(
 
I can't quite get Ne Zha's ult combo right, haha

Had the most epic chain ult ever though.

Ymir gets all five enemies with a frost breath, Ne Zha knocks someone up, Odin drops his spears, Ymir ults, Freya ults, Kraken is released, Deicide!
 
Thinking of having a crack on this tomorrow. I didn't get on well with LoL when I tried that out though so not entirely sure I will enjoy this either. From the footage I have seen it looks different enough to have a play with and find out.

Anyone have any points they wish they were aware of when they started out? Can be for Smite specifically or MOBAs in general.
 
I would say to not be too aggressive is the key when you first start out. Pick a god like ra or neith to start. they have heals and good sustain. try things out and have fun!
 
Anyone still playing this?

Servers seem to have gotten a bit rubbish over the last week, my friend uses Cupid quite a lot and sometimes when he puts the stun aoe down it doesn't stun them (they don't have beads or anything that will stop the stun).

I'm loving playing Nu Wa in Conquest, in the duo lane with a partner that has High dps she is excellent for pushing the lane quickly with her minons :D Also never really enjoyed assassins but Hun Batz is excellent :D
 
Just started to play this game and love it, played LOL for ages and got burnt out. Smite Is totally different and so much more enjoyable lol. Love how is all skill shots ect and Its a nice change from the normal MOBAs.

Thor is my go to guy and lvoe him, i wudnt mind playing some jungle but havent got a clue lol. Any tips?
 
After tackling every role except jungling, I decided to give it a go - not expecting it to go particularly well.

After a few middling rounds as Kali and Fenrir, I decided to try out Athena for a few games (to my team's dismay). Wow, she is amazing in the jungle - clear speed is okay if you can hit them with both stages of her 3. Amazing map presence too, ran into the long lane to gank their carry before ulting to the other side of the map to save our solo and get a double kill.

Next on my list to try is Thor and Thanatos.

I think i've found my calling now, laning is so dull in comparison. :D
 
Woohoo, that is 2 tanks that I am decent with now!

Athena looked crap on paper, but really fun in reality.
 
Anyone watch any of the release tourney yesterday? Whilst I was watching there were 25k people on Twitch. Not bad really. Hope the game now starts getting some traction as it's really good fun.

Should we have OCUK guild in smite? We could communicate through TS3 (I can sort it out), so would anyone be interested?

Yup still playing this :)

They've introduced Curse Voice which is actually pretty good, quality is nice and we used it for an assault match which another guy had it and it helped quite a lot :) (Also you get 200GEMS free if you use it).

Still using Isis whenever I can or Nu Wa after they re-did her, the exploding minions do a ton of damage! Also liking Ullur who seems to do tons of damage :)
