Can anyone figure this out

If you did want to do it that way (dont) you'd have 9 parts, but 10 numbers. Because the top of the clock would be both 10 and 0, like a normal clock is 12 and 0 ;)

Ok, spoiler coming:

x = 660
y = 467
normal clockface, number is opposite the dark shading, 12 = 0

more clues for those who prefer:
-its a normal clockface, luckily nothing points to a double-digit number anywhere.

Really dont know why I decided to stay with the dark side :D

I was think eight cycle positions, with one fully on and one fully off to fulfil the 10 possibilities.
Unsure if this is correct, so blank, n, ne, e, se, s, sw, w, nw, full for the ten variations?

Had the first 3, then didn't follow the same pattern for the second 3, which was silly.

Quick work though, good effort.

There are more than 10 possible numbers. It just happens that all of the numbers pointed out are single-digit numbers.

It's not giving in. It's collective intelligence :p

don't give in lol, i did and now i regret it

you have got to be kidding me!

i got y=567, i could tell before i read the spoiler that my minds eye was dodgy, shoulda done it up again in word lol

also, why does it tell you you're wrong in Dutch but tell you you're right in english?

such a stupidly simple puzzle yet infuriating, boy don't i feel stupid right now

i'll just say the sneaky cache owner threw me for a loop.

I had the 7 stuck in my head because the other 2 were inside the entrances to the rietland. this one is well outside the entrance.
