I think you'll find that a lot of Brits aren't fond of the royal family.

And yes I do know that they bring in money thanks to one of the laws brought in in the 18C but so what? Does it net out on what they cost? No it doesn't.

Do I care about spending a few quid for them? Not really, but I believe in a republic system, I don't believe anyone is born of "pure blood" or whatever, and I am not her subject. I just find it a quaint antiquated system. Nothing wrong with it, but frankly they don't really live in the "real" world do they?
