Of course he means white, that's generally how people like him think they can spot immigrants. They'll have walked past many white people who are immigrants, but they would never know because they haven't spoken to them.
Having done more scrolling through Twitter, it seems it's some kid called Peter. Having clicked the link to his Facebook he seems like a right scumbag.

He's like the brain dead Australians who rant on about immigration and how all the immigrants are coming over and taking all the jobs... and my brother, who is from Northern Ireland, has to sit there and listen to it before interrupting them and saying "I migrated here.... for work" to which the usual response is "yeah but you're alright mate, you integrate and hurr durr durr" by which they mean "you're alright because you're not asian".
There are way too many people in the chain for his identity to be kept secret anyway. The chap it's rumoured to be on Twitter looks like he comes from "one of those" families where kids run riot and parents don't give a toss.

^ Appears so, I find it so annoying when parents don't even attempt to show their kids the 'rights' and 'wrongs'. Some people are such plebs!
Does that mean we are supposed to hate him more, or less, or the same amount?
Or do we hate his parents too?
And if we do, does that mean we should hate him less, since we're spreading the hate around? Or just the same, and we just generate more hate?
Just trying to make sure I use my hate quota effectively.
My mum's a social worker. Sometimes kids are just completely out of control. I was round at hers the other day and she was telling me about one of the kids she has on her roster. 13 years old. social worker. curfew. banning order from town. She went to do her call out that day and he's in breach of his curfew and banning order. Kids like that just end up in YOC and in and out of nick.
And nearly always that behavior will be related to parenting, not always but a large proportion of the time. Other reasons being behavior disorders etc.
It's always "oh he was a nice young lad, then he fell in with the wrong crowd" and other excuses like that.

I work in a fostering agency, and some of the cases I see are unbelievable!
I find it disgusting what some parents are capable of, and still show no remorse or anything like that, but still have the nerve to show up in court and say how they have 'changed' even after they have destroyed the poor child's life already.
It doesn't hurt to teach them the rights and wrongs at a young age, show them their boundaries and all that kind of stuff. It's harder to teach a say 15 year old all these rules compared to a 4 year old. In a way I feel sorry for the kids, because they are not born bad as such it's more the environment they are in, and what influences such behaviour.
Granted if you have children with behaviour or mental disorders, and that can be managed to an extent.
But children with no issues, there isn't an excuse for the parents to teach them the rules of life.

no the reason people become addicts isnt because of the break down of the British family it's because some drugs are really really good when you try them and you want to do more, but then it turns out you need to do more just to feel ok then aww **** your an addict an things kinda go down hill fast.
