I got my confirmation email at 8:26, so was well before 9. A couple managed to order just after 8

A lot of people did, I kept getting them on Chrome after 8am, but the second I switched to Safari it worked first time

I guess the Apple store phone orders are already in the UK with Syncreon and will get picked up from them by UPS on Thursday for delivery on Friday.
If we get shipment notifications before then though they are probably coming direct from China.

So Apple Store bought ones should be unlocked forever, and any other networks (apart from 3 - didn't know about this) should lock them with the first SIM.

Lots of recommendations for Spigen cases in the cases and accessories thread.

I bought the Neo Hybrid, seems pretty decent. Granted I haven't actually had it on the phone yet of course.
