If you are planning on rapidly losing weight please read up on the mental effects it has...I just had the maddest 3.5 days of my life.

Felt like I was a alien, a robot, I was in one of the quantum infinite earth dimensions and that I was dreaming.

Why would you do that to your self? You do realise that it'll all just come back in no time? Either do it properly or don't bother

It's actually because the NWO have infiltrated the food supply and your body adjusts to the chemicals they use to keep people subjugated and unaware of the reality they inhabit. What you experienced was the rapid drop-off of the intake of these chemicals but your metabolism hadn't caught up so you got a glimpse behind the wool drawn over everyone's eyes and see into the heart of what really lies out there for everyone.

why does it need to be rapid - seems utterly pointless, unless you change you're lifestyle you'll be back to being a fatty after your rapid weight loss anyway

If you do change your lifestyle then you'll lose weight anyway

basically change your lifestyle, forget about faddy diets or rapid weight loss nonsense

Most of the loss in the first few weeks is water unless you literally stop eating completel or are ill. It will go back on unless you keep to a calorie deficit.

I had astigmatism, when it goes away from losing weight put yourself in a room with a lot of light. Don't think a dark room is the best option.

How you are meant to spot its happening I have no idea.

And that was the very first time I've had one of these experiences...the lingo isn't lingo its just sounding like a moron.

I walked around a popular high street electronics store and saw a wrap around tv and thought it was jumping out, walked around completely dazed and bought something that cost £100 without thinking.

And it was 5 days.
