Anyone else get a text from Apple saying it should be delivered today? Should?! That's a bit different from the 'will deliver' today text I had Weds! UPS by the way, who you'd think would have a better tracking system in place. I like DPD's; you can see the driver's location and have a delivery window.

Don't worry, they are just covering their backs should something happen at the courier end

My 6 plus just got delivered. Have to say it is lovely, but I'm still not sure if im going to keep it. Got 14 days to decide. So much nicer to browse these forums on it compared to the 5 though :P

What makes you unsure about the 6+, is it just purely the physical size? (ie not so pocket friendly)

I'm hoping to have a look at one myself today.

Screen resolution of the 6 is very underwhelming from what I can see. Its basically 720p res? My old galaxy s4 has a massively superior screen :)

Pointless having such a high res screen on such a small size phone.

I could notice the res of my original iPad mini, but that was a tad larger than the phone. My 6, I can't see any pixels.

And yes I'm aware that I am feeding le troll. But he looked terribly hungry.

Also Samsung screens are so over-saturated.

Oh ****!

Right. Back it goes then. :(

Without even using it first? What's wrong with people masturbating over spec that make no difference? Most people couldn't tell the difference between 720p and 1080p on a TV that's 20 inches let alone a screen that's less than 5 inches. The screen has 326 PPI And the Galaxy S4 cheats it's way to 441ppi by using a pentile screen.

Got my 6 plus this morning.

Think we are going to have to wait for app makers to update there apps with support for the res.

some apps (mainly apple) have support and look great others don't and are obviously running lower res up scaled.

good example is the difference between safari and chrome.

example

first pic is Google chrome obviously up scaled (and huge 5 year old friendly keyboard) second is safari.
