had the regular edition preordered from the rainforest for £30 and ive just done the VPN thing to get the Ult edition for £28

first time ive ever done that mexico trick

isn't anyone worried about any comeback from EA about this

im surprised people can still do it as lots of people did it for BF4 and that was nearly a year ago

No comeback as far as I'm aware, myself and a lot of other forum members bought Titanfall through it and I'm sure someone got their copy refunded when they mistakenly bought the standard edition instead of the season pass version. It's all through the official Origin website so I'm not sure why there would be a problem. Anyone had any experience of EA removing games from accounts?
 
Not sure if anyone can help, I've got a couple of questions:
- I had the Fifa 14 on the PS3. I'll be getting 15 on the PC. I've got access to the Webapp at the moment, but I assume that's only for my PS3 team and there's no way to transfer players or coins?

- If I preorder the PC version, do I get early web app access?

Only get access when you first launch fifa 15 and create an ultimate team.
 
To answer your question regarding players/coins, answer is no.
I phoned up asking about it since I was an avid fifa player on the 360.

Been playing it on and off and it's good but it feels, different?
I would say I am pretty good at fifa but there's just something about 15 I can't quite grasp.
I'm struggling beating the AI on World Class difficulty whereas I would've been ok in 14, wouldn't say win comfortably.

Something to do with the touches/auto-switching/sprinting seems odd.
I love the physics/grass though :D

The Fifa 15 demo is locked to 1280x720 and windowed (Even if i change it in the .ini file) and when I try and play the demo my CPU usage is at 100% and my FPS is 1 or 2 the whole time.

I have an i5 3570K, 2x7970's and 20GB of RipJawX RAM. I have tried crossfire on and off, I have tried D3DOverrider.

Has anyone else had this issue and knows how to fix it? I have already redownloaded the game :(
 
Really enjoyed the demo having taken a 4 year break from footy games. Intrigued by the ultimate team concept. To any one who has experienced ultimate team in previous years, does it add much longevity to the game? I always find that FIFA gets a bit repetitive and stale after a time.
 
Waltagon....to answer your question.

Yes it add unlimited amount of replay ability. Playing new level of opposition never gets old. trying to win tourney's and leagues.....and most reason to play....to fine THE player...to drop on a Messi or Ronaldo in a pack is as exciting as it gets :)

When I bought Titanfall the price was in Pesos but it appears they've changed the pricing in the Mexican store to show US Dollars now instead, it's fine and still clocks in at £27 or so for the UT edition.
 
I get this message when I login to the web since Friday night.

"sorry, we have tried to recover your last fifa point transaction without success. As a result you will be unable to use any fifa points this session. Please log into FIFA ultimate team on your pc and we will try to recover things from there."

This is one of the reasons why I'm not in a rush to play, the EA servers are going to be absolutely molested all week and probably for a few weeks after launch too. They really are rubbish at preparing for the launch of their bigger games, I think BF had massive problems at launch as has every other FIFA for the past three years, you'd think they'd do something about it.
