Is there anywhere other than Apple shops that have stock? Didn't want to pre-order without seeing the 6+ in real life but now the Reading store near me has no stock.

Might carriers have some for new contract sign ups?

So yesterday and this morning when I woke up my 6 had no service, so that's twice I've had to turn it off and back on. Anyone else had this problem? Hoping it's just an initial teething issue but if it's gonna happen every day I'll need to do something about it.

This is with O2, and no I haven't called them yet.

I just moved to a new place in London a few weeks back and I've been getting that a lot with my 5 and O2 in one particular area. So much so I'm going to try switching provider even though I've been with them for about 5 years.

My contacts are stored in iCloud, I just take them from there. I don't backup from an 'image' of the old phone, just download everything again.

Are right. So setup as a new iPhone. Then turn iCloud on?

I thought as soon as You turn iCloud off it wipes everything stored. When I go to turn off contact etc. it says are you sure you want to remove them from iCloud

Guys I need to sort myself out with a SIM only deal today. I'm not interested in GiffGaff and would like a lot of data, do you have any recommendations? Theres a 12 month contract with three which is £18pm with unlimited data and 600mins which looks fairly good. Are three any good in London?

I'm loving the 6+ :)

For the first few hours I was a bit overwhelmed with the size of it but you soon get over that. Really enjoying the beautiful screen. Reading books on the kindle app is fine and browsing the web is way better than my iPhone5.

Pics of it in your hand ?:)

Friend had a 6 plus last night.

Looks pretty good tbh. Size is pretty much spot on. I rarely use my phone to actually make/receive calls anyway. It's primarily a data / apps device, for which the larger screen is ideal.

I don't turn iCloud off as such, just switch from old device to new device.

I'm not too bothered about losing my message history, which in the past was the only thing I didn't want to lose. I don't have any/many photos on my phone at all either so that doesn't bother me. Everything else I'll just re-download.

I read somewhere that continually restoring from a backup isn't great so now I avoid it.

I can't comment on Three in London, but up norf' in Manchester they are very good so I wouldn't expect London to be any different.

I only recommend three contracts for people who want a lot of data.

Live in London and West Sussex.
4G pretty much everywhere in zone 1 (not sure about other zones) and strong 3g throughout Horsham

Three is great in London, i moved to the same tariff last month and in the city i get 4G and good reception everywhere.

I went back to Three after being ****ed about with EE and on the deal you mentioned above. I'm in London and get about 20-25mb on 3g, goes up to 50mb/ish on 4g. I'm glad I went back and don't regret the decision.
