And on a more serious note - WTF were they thinking? As if a 16 year old lad wasn't about to brag about that sort of incident to the entire football team/all his mates.

It's hardly rape really is it? It's only the legal establishment's obsession for false equality that makes this a crime at all.
 
The fact whether he enjoyed it or can brag about it isn't the point.

They were clearly after some BBC action, one of them is married. Nice way to ruin a family, marriage and that guys future with women knowing she preferred some 16 yr old tail.

Well hold on, that isn't the point either because adultery isn't a crime in the USA and even I would agree that it shouldn't be.

I'm not saying it should be either, they've committed a crime though and it's her husband and family who have to live on with her actions. Whether the kid enjoyed it or not isn't really important, he can go on and live life as normal.

I think this is what the debate is; whether or not it should be a crime. Agree the case tells you something about the morals of those concerned but morality and criminality are different things.
 
What's different to school than say 20 years ago?… No such thing had ever happened here around my schools. Though, the only difference I can remember, teachers weren't that young. I remember some but they couldn't have been any lower than 33/35. Usually a new French or English teacher. Most were 40+.

Yet some stories like this has been popping up in the past 7 years in the UK.

I also remember most people didn't like teachers except the extremely top educated lot.

Well in my opinion it should, if it was 2 male teachers and a 16yr old female who had agreed to go along with it they'd be getting called worse than ****. It's abusing your position of power.

Teachers in the USA aren't as well educated as they are in the UK, school sports are more important that academic attainment. I bet the little **** in this case was the school quarterback or something.

Men and women are different, would it be wrong for the law to reflect this?
