Playing any formation without a strong midfielder or playing a CDM is suicide at kick off. I rush to manually pull my players back at kick off. Even I can score from kick off.. its so easy.

Who are some must have players for a Premier League team?
I've got about 400k, and I already have Koscielny, Cahill, Matic, Walker, and Cabella.
I'm thinking Costa, Remy, Sturridge or Falcao (two or three of) up front.
Then, if I play a narrow 41212(2), maybe Fabregas as CM, who else?
In goal I might go cheap for Howard to start, and maybe either Felipe Luiz or Baines at left back.
Is that realistic?

Not sure I can afford Aguero, he'd be half my budget. Although if I paired him with someone a bit cheaper like Remy up front (instead of Costa), that might be doable.

Same here, I prefer Vardy...believe it or not for a silver he's a beast and walks all over remy. ...not as good as aguero though, came against him a few times and he's a complete beast.
Best thing in that position is mic next to speakers and play "John Grant - GMF" to them

Sounds like Aguero is a must then. It means I'll have a terrible subs bench, but I can improve that over time I guess.

Ideally you want two teams (or more). Then team two is on the bench for team one and you just rotate between your teams.
It's good to play your second team in a different league / formation too because it makes you play the game differently and ultimately become a better player
.Gonna start Seasons this weekend I think. Was just playing cup games online and offline seasons for the coin grind.
I expect to start getting annoyed at how **** my opponents are from Div 4 onwards.
Gibbs is really good at LB for 1k, or for any price really.
Ballotelli is a massive threat IMO. With 88 strength and 80 agility, he will just always be in the goals.
If you need to cut costs then onuoha is amazing at CB.
Aguero is supposed to be amazing but I won't know until later damnit!
Middle of div2 and it feels same really. Just need a few lucky results and who knows where it'll end up! If anything you are just getting more tika taka / hold possession at all costs faggots
but overall it feels fine.

Yeah normally I'd just have two players for each position to rotate them. Trouble is, if I buy Aguero I'll have practically nothing to fill the subs bench with.
Nice one thanks. If I don't buy Aguero then it will probably make my whole team a lot stronger, so I might just try him and see how I get on, then sell if he doesn't seem worth it.
I need to sell my IF Kagawa first. Terrible investment that was.
I still think the prem is better than most this year even without him, though.I mean just having a cheap fitness team completely different from your first team. Not 22 players from one league and swapping them around.
So if your first choice team is a 41212(2) BPL team then have some kind of 433 (say Bundes team) as your second squad. Playing with the second squad then fully rests your first squad by having the first squad all on the bench of the second squad.
