They make more profit from the console version so they want you to buy that.
Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. Last of Us is still on the PS only though!I would buy that game on PC even if were locked to 30FPS.
The two titles in the OP are from Japanese developers. They're historically terrible at anything PC related.
Bethesda are an american company
But they're a publisher not a developer aren't they?
EDIT: Turns out they actually do both, but just because they are publishing a game doesn't mean they developed it.
Well, I am pretty addicted to FF13, even though it is frame locked at 720P..... I have to be honest and say it is the best $15 I have spent in a while![]()
I actually like FF13, despite the hate it got.
Downloading it now, will get the downsampling tool on it (hopefully it works) as i really do want to play it, i'll forgive SE later when they release F15![]()
+1
30 fps and locked resolution might not be ideal but at least you have the option to use the PC with keyboard and mouse where it suit's. I get the feeling there would be more outrage if these games were console only.
PCs are for spreadsheets.
With the new generation of consoles being more powerful than a top of the range gaming PC - at least for the next few years - why wouldn't you buy a PS4, or even better, an X-1?
It's also fair to say that every FF after 9 has been better and more amazing than the last. With non-linear gameplay, exciting stories, and characters that are works of sheer literary genius. Why would you want to miss out on these incredible games by boycotting them, or playing them on a glorified calculator?
Do yourself a favour and get the real experience on a real gaming platform - a console.
Now if you'll excuse me, I need to check how my Ubisoft shares are doing.
