Things you dont care for that most others do ! ?

Efour, you actually list some of my main ones.

Pro Football -- A lot of money involved here and just don't understand the fascination with it. Find it generally boring to watch. Also a lot of violence surrounding it.

Flashy wrist watches -- It tells the time, why does it have to cost so much. Suppose it could just be labelled as jewellery, just for showing off purposes? Not for me, I'm far from vain.

Expensive restaurants -- I've had some great food and service from cheap and average restaurants. Don't understand the fascination with expensive restaurants, especially when you get to the point where you have to book well in advance.

Weddings -- Expensive day which i don't feel is important really. I'm all for having a day to "tie-the-knot" but why do people spend so much money on it?

Pop music -- 95% manufactured samey-crud churned out for the masses with a catchy tune. It's not really music for me, it lacks emotion, quality and talent.

Reality TV
Daily Mail, The Sun, Daily Star etc etc

Life in general,

I do not cherish life, I am extremely practical about death and shock people with my 'numbness' on people who are close to me passing.

we live, then we die, all this big funeral nonsense and drinks with tears just winds me up.

Funerals are not for the dead, but for the living (most) people need to mourn.

I do agree though. I've said to my loved ones, when i pass, shove me in a binbag and throw me off a cliff and save yourself some money..

The Transformers films, first one was novel, the rest were dire. I was dragged to the third one and, during a fight scene that spanned the entirety of the film's final third, and contained little to no dialogue, I actually fell asleep. Even though the cinema was loader than the D-Day landings.

Reality TV shows, why would I want to watch terrible people being terrible to each other?

Talent Shows – why bother you’re all naff and no need to tell us almost every night of the week
Celebrities and chat shows – who are all you boring people, such a waste of paper and air time
Social media hype – one day you’ll remember how to talk
Food TV – I can read a cookbook as well no need to show me that you can either. The kitchen must be one of the most boring places in the world. Just waiting for the day you slice a few fingers off.

(I do love life, my football and a fast car. :p)

And another.

Social Media Charity Campaigns - You only care because people are watching, you have done no research, you don't know what you're talking about, I'm blocking you from my feed. Got in a raging argument with someone about the Kony 2012 campaign, apparently only blind faith in the religion of hype is acceptable, if you worry about the ethics of the charitable organisation running the campaign you best keep schtum, people don't need you calling them out on their hypocrisy.
