Those who increased data allowance via o2 chat, check that it's been done. Mine wasn't due to a 'technical fault' but he honoured the £31 and applied it again. The previous chat log is saved so you should be fine.

Logged into my account and it shows 1GB too, is that where you saw yours still at 1GB?

I'm going to go online chat now and sort (does yours now show 5GB in your account page?


Mine arrived about an hour ago, really really amazing phone so far, the screen is lush and the build is excellent, by far the best phone Samsung have released, totally destroys my old Note 2! :)

It really is superb, makes the SG5 look outdated!

Just getting a firmware update.
 
Can anyone help with my note 2... and resetting it back to the original rom ect with the ability to update the software on it normally.

I got my note 4 today and im giving my note 2 to my mum. Iv put the stock Samsung rom on it but it still says its unable to update software as my device has been modified.
Is there anyway at all to fix this?
 
Yeah, I had that the moment I switched on my phone (Cosimo) :)

Strange thing, when I took the box out of the delivery bag, the sticker at the top of the box that says 'reject if seal is broken' was broken! so initially I was like a minion from despicable me...whhhhaaaattttt!

Though the other 2 seals where stuck fast, and no way of getting into the box whilst they were sealed! so hopefully its new! :confused:
 
Update about data upgrade for O2:

Apparently, they can't change the package on the day of the contract going live, so he's changed it for me now and it takes 24hrs to update, so from tomorrow I'll have the 5GB data package, so just have to be careful until then :)
 
Just ordered the QI Wireless charging S View Cover from Mobile Fun, due in stock today so hopefully delivered early next week. Just need to decide if I keep the normal S View cover I bought earlier as well.

Try removing the SD card and trying. I had the same error with a brand new note 3.
 
So I went to carphone warehouse to try and buy it sim free, two people there told me they don't sell it sim free. The hell? Is that normal?

Anyway I played with it and I liked it. Size was good, screen brightness is double that of my S3. UI was fast and fluid, zero lag. Didn't get to play with the spen because it wasn't on the demo unit :(

Played with the z3 in the three store. Screen was nice. UI was really laggy for some reason. Size of the phone was nice.
