On hold to Microsoft - WHAT ON EARTH!?

Hi guys,

So basically I have to call Microsoft quite a lot (As an MS partner and reseller), has anyone else experienced this before?

I thought it was slightly disturbing, especially if you spend half an hour on hold, felt like I was being spoken to.. reminiscent of some of the scenes in the original omen movie.. jumping out the window at any moment for Damien!

Haha so it is! I created it like 7/8 years ago, it's been an alias I cba to change - pretty immature now but I don't think I can change it on here!

It's the IVR for office 365 support, it's weird elevator music but it sounds like a demon is whispering over the top of it :eek:

I was on hold yo o365 got over 2 and a half hours this morning. The thing more annoying than the weird demon voice is that sometimes you think someone is answering when it repeats back to this. So you pick up the phone to be greated by a whispery demon.

Haha yeah I know the feeling, I ended up in an on and off 8 hour support session 2 weeks ago when a domain got stuck in an account, I heard that music almost all day..

I've had to call openreach a few times through work and they play this tune, probably supposed to last about thirty seconds then after 25 seconds it just cuts out and starts again. Drive you crazy!
