Sleep on the left side... Right side...

Am I the only one who hates sleeping on their left side? I just can't sleep that way, turn over to my right and not long after that I'm zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. It feels so restrictive sleeping on my left, really weird, been this way since I was a teen!

Yet 9/10 I wake up on my left

It's an old wives tale that sleeping on your heart side is bad for you.

Doesn't bother me which side I settle down on because I always turn over anyway just as I'm about to nod off.

Umm I tend to sleep on my right side when it's warm and i want to have the blanket part-off and on my left when it's cold and i want to stay under the blanket, dunno why

I favour my left side as I can get my arms in a more comfortable position than when on my right.

I dont care what side I sleep on, but I do like sleeping on my stomach and stretching my arms under the pillows.

As long as I actually make it in to the bed, that's a victory. I think I usually sleep on my right, but only so my arms/legs can stretch out away from my wife. Though, then I roll around and end up punching her in the face. Only twice. However, I can sleep most anywhere in any position.

Sounds like an epic excuse for wife battery.

Do you tend to punch her more if she ruined the dinner?

No idea, its cooler? Lol no bed bugs, I dont do it all the time. Also have to have a pillow for my head obviously and a pillow down my side

Pff, she never cooks the dinner anyway

She balances it out by kneeing me between the legs occsionally too.

There's a reason I'm still up at 7am, I don't know what might happen when I go in that room
