I spend a fair amount on a new computer back in the day.

AMD Athlon 2500 Barton Core,
TwinMos memory
Abit NFS-7 Motherboard
Hercules 9700Pro GPU
Thermaltake case, not sure which model

As well as the infamous PSU from Q-Tec

Didn't buy anything but made and sold Athlon overclocking cards to OCUK, maybe someone here bought one :-)

must have been 14 years ago

A 128mb ram stick to upgrade my pentium 3 system (350mz clock speed) to a dizzying 192mb ram. It gave a nice speed boost for Unreal Tournament! :)

A AMD Thunderbird 1ghz cpu unlocked and overclocked to 1.2ghz. still got it somewhere in its little plastic ocuk labelled box.

An email from 2001 says a Enermax power supply but there is bound to be something older in an archive.

Looks like a few of us here had similar setups

Vista Home. :o

I've definitely been buying from OCuk since about 2001 though. I believe my first purchase was an AMD Athlon 1400+ and extras.

Epox mobo, 8RDA I think?, drove over to collect after my board went pop back in 2002.

I think my first buy was a Titan Sabre PC system. I'm still using it now, but it is in need of a bit of updating.
