Do you know how on earth you claim the free player, I got the download version and can't see any obvious way of getting him, not got my free credits either.
I'm in myclub and can't see anything at all, nothing in inbox neither
I just spent all the credits I had that I built up today on signing a "top" player and got bloody remy...

Edit: I've got not clue then as nothing obvious at all no add ins, nothing in inbox, not my club updates, nothing. and didn't get a code to redeem eithernot got the 10000 credits for the playing the demo either

goto PSN store and find the game, see if that works. should show a add on

Oh yeah I checked in the psn store, on related item on main menu, as well as in the inbox etc in the game.
I'm just having to google to see if I find a solution.
Normally these adds on download when buying the game, and then show in library too but not had it with this game.
Not the end of the world but it would have been nice to have gotze and another decent player

Yeah with a physical copy you should have a code to redeem in the box I'd imagine.
Hopefully my copy is coming tomorrow.
Something that seems like a major let down is the edit mode.
I was watching a video on YouTube and you can't edit much at all on the PS4 version, i.e. there is no badge editor or sponsor logo maker like in the past.

What nat type do you get on the network test in the ps4 settings?
Maybe try putting your ps4 i.p in a dmz
Nat type 2 i don't have any issues with any other games.

Just got this game and I hate it, graphically poor and the movement and playability of the game just isnt there for me, uninstalled. Will pick up Fifa 15.
Graphics are not that bad lol?! What console are you playing on? if you don't like the movement on this good luck with fifa...
