I don't play COD however I got BO2 and Ghosts on the cheap recently to try out the single player stories and enjoyed them, Ghost's more so, I noticed the fps tanked because of the dog fur with my 290x, I was running around in the 70's and 80's but the dog dragged it down into the low 30's which sucked so I turned it off.
I'm gonna get AW for the single player campaign as some point as it looks pretty good.

Do you get any stuttering Greg? Mine is almost unplayable.
None at all bud. I sit around 80 fps with a single GPU (1440P) and very smooth.

I've got a 570 installed atm, it's pegged @90fps @1440p
Smoothness is down to whoever happens to be hosting the game at the time, sometimes it's lovely and smooth, other times its mental and just need to quit out.

I might have to try single gpu then. I'm sure Nvidia brought out drivers for SLI support though?

I get a little stuttering too with my rig (in sig). Doing my head in a bit, but considering I'm pretty much only interested in the SP mode it isn't too bad

What's the rest of your rig? I'm playing on a single 970 and it's a constant 60 FPS with v sync on. That's with SMAA 2x and 2x SSAA. Smooth as butter.
4770k and MSI 970. My fps is actually really good when it's not stuttering.

You need to upgrade to a 290x
On a more serious note, have you re-installed driver? checked the games files in steam?

I've not had it stutter once, certainly not like in your video anyway. Do you have cache spot shadow maps & cache sun shadow maps set to off?
Try the GE optimized settings.

It could be your machine as i played this on a single 7970 and it was a very smooth experience. Crossfire not so much but back to my point. If a 290 and 970 are playing it wrong then it could be something else bar your gpu's.

Something wrong there big time. I have been on a crap server with stutter but nothing like that. Have you tried clearing your CMOS and running everything at stock?
