hmmm, its a odd one. Say if it was something like jerramy clarkson (clearly visible known celeb) tied up it would be funny.

Think because it is young girl/women, its not so funny. I don't like it.

I don't know :p I'm just surprised that someone didn't appear to think it was in bad taste. If it was comical, as mentioned, like Clarkson, then fine...

What people find bad taste is so varied it can't be measured. Vocal minorities seem to think that being offended is a position which allows them to tell others what to do, say or think - I'm tired of this, the press is relentless with pressure groups for anything or everything which somehow offends someone, these people need to get over it.

The article implies it's promoting or making light of Rape, that's a massive jump of emotion... again.

The mural makes me smirk, it's just a more expensive take on the trapped hand reaching out of a boot.

The idea is pretty cool, bit distracting to drivers behind but as said if it was in jest it would be fine but the picture on the pickup is asking for trouble these days.

Do you think its airbrushed on or a vynl print?

I think its probably a bit too close to the line really. I can see its trying to make light of the situation, but it clearly is offensive to some, and as such, shouldn't be allowed.

Very bad taste. Finding humour is kidnapping kids. It's like a sick joke, you would tell one to your friends in private but you probably wouldn't in public.

"They have now given the owner of the vehicle 48 hours to remove it from their car – with one policewoman saying the image was ‘very offensive and deeply shocking."

What law is this actually breaking? Surely a lot of artwork could be taken as offensive but people can't walk into galleries/museums and demand for things to be removed (and if they did, who would take any notice?). I don't see the difference.
