The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies

Kind of sucks to see they're continuing with this Elf/Hobbit romance crap :( Hopefully it doesn't ruin the film too much. Mind you there seems to be something crappy in each of Jackson's films.

Ok, a couple of places have said their tickets go on sale tomorrow which goes along with the new trailer being released!

Can't bloody wait!!!... despite some massive reservations over the last one, preferring AUJ to TDOS... although the extended version is far better than the theatre release... and the nine hours of extras are mind blowing.

Anyway, roll-on the 12th... its sad to see it all come to an end, unless the Silmarillion can somehow be committed to film.

haters are always gonna hate.
Like some of you guys, i loved the LOTR films.
Just watched the 3d BD extended edition of the 2nd hobbit.
Will watch the 1st extended one when i get round to it.
Looking forward to the finale.
As has been said, if they kept true to the book.....the film would never have been made.

Having a marathon LotR/Hobbit session leading up to this. Watching all 5 movies so far back to back, in their full extended version.

I started in March.

Good! glad we cleared that up. :)

edit: our local cineworld is showing all 3 hobbit films back to back on release day for 505 mins of ass-nummage.

Who in their right mind would do that? 8 hours, sat in a horrible cinema seat, with no access to decent food other than overpriced cinema donuts/popcorn. Nty.
