These threads really don't work very well when you just post a picture of your mates and ask people to 'go nuts'.... I mean what are you going to do with the picture after? Show it to your mates and have a good chuckle... Where is the motivation in that for people who don't know you to contribute???
These threads are at their funniest when people post a picture and ask for something to be changed as they really want to see how something different will look or as a request from a loved one etc. The 'comedy' comes when people interpret the OPs request but in a witty and ridiculous way such as to make the picture look as absolutely absurd as possible. Indeed, they are at their most chuckle worthy when the OP starts to get frustrated with the results people are posting and even angry... This then 'eggs on' the people with the photoshop skills to create even more absurd edits in an attempt to drive the OP to new levels of rage... This is what we call a 'good thread'.
I hate to be a killjoy or 'stick in the mud' and I feel bad for having to point this out to you but its better you know the harsh reality of what you have attempted and why you failed. Sorry.
TLDR: Don't just post a picture of your 'wacky' mates and ask people to photoshop it so you can have a good chuckle with aforementioned mates about it. No one cares.
