Not seen many starts as good as that. From second on the grid to about 100 metres in front in first by turn 1!
Was just thinking that. Hamilton finishing 2nd to Rosberg doesn't do him any favours, he need to push from behind and hope he makes a mistake.
Rosberg probably did that poor start on purpose, he's better off behind pushing Lewis than in front letting Lewis cruise around more than usual. He need Hamilton to break down or crash really.
They were saying 2 I believe.
Is it two or three stop?
Rubbish, Hamilton doesn't need to win. If he was 2nd he absolutely doesn't need to take risks and Rosberg can do absolutely nothing to Hamilton if he's in the lead. The only way he can force an error from Hamilton is from behind. It's complete twaddle, hurting his tires and maybe causing a collision as he tries to overtake was his only chance basically, he is a much slower in race driver. He can't physically push Hamilton. Absolutely all year long the only time Rosberg has "pushed" Hamilton is when they've been on different tire strategy and only when other factors came in to play and even then Rosberg with huge advantages couldn't get by. On the same strategy Hamilton controls the gap anything from 1-3 seconds, anytime Rosberg closes Hamilton pushes it straight back out.
Rosberg can't keep Hamilton 1 second away in the reverse position, Hamilton just gains when he wants and eventually passes at most tracks. He can't pressure him from behind, he's not good enough to. The only way he could apply pressure is from in front.
0.2s reaction time, that is insane. Fantastic start.
Hamilton not pulling away now, but rosberg not pressuring either.
