I was just about to troll this, but actually, fair enough. Good man.

Giving something is better than not giving something.
 
You're a very good chap. If I ever see you, I owe you a pint. I donate a fair amount to the homeless; that's my biggest donations at least. Considering the effort people who have houses and as many warm clothes as they could want go to to keep warm, I feel so sad for these poor people on the streets.

He didn't seem hugely grateful to you, though!
 
They're not grateful, generally, they don't like handouts like that I've often found from seeing other people trying the same. If you wanted to help you could volunteer your time rather than a pointless short term gesture so you can record yourself doing it.

Can I ask why you decided to film yourself doing it though? As oppsosed to just doing it and helping the bloke out?
 
The jumper was far too small and tight for him though and he phoned you to let you know...

 
Should have booked him a B & B for a couple of nights instead, he already had a hat gloves and a jacket that looked warmer than the one you bought.

Although, if he's like the 'homeless' in my town he won't actually be homeless and uses begging top up his benefits :p
