I've experienced the same with O2 chat "support". They hadn't refunded me after 14 days; the best reply they could give is, you will get a refund...
Their phone support are very good though, probably because they're UK-based.

Just spoke to vodafone, seem to think I should get a text message in the morning from the courier.
If I choose pay as you go & select the £10 a month thing, Can I just chuck my three sim in & not bother with the o2 after?
Anyone know?

I have no faith whatsoever in Vodafone delivering tomorrow. I'd even be surprised if it was Monday. Bit annoyed that O2 and GiffGaff have just jumped the queue it seems.
I have my number set to move across to a Vodafone nano-sim on Monday, so if it isn't here by then I'll be pretty irritated.

I would imagine unlock codes will be available pretty quickly. (Worst case, I do have an O2 SIM anyway...)

I think she meant in order to get an unlock code from O2, you have to use the SIM for two months...

Even if the nexus did come locked, I'm guessing it wouldn't take long for XDA to fix that.
When I got the desire HD it was rooted, S-OFFed and sim unlocked within days.
