Here's a video from Minute Physics (an interesting channel, with quick explanations of many things) that struck a chord with me because I have very poor eyesight. Myopia and astigmatism combo in spades. Perfect vision with glasses, nauseating blurs without them. So, for example, without my glasses I can't tell whether or not there is text on a monitor from a couple of feet way, let alone read the text.

So when Minute Physics stated a very simple method for seeing a clearly focused image even with very bad eyesight, I gave it a go. I got it to work with my better eye and could clearly read the text on the screen when the font was large enough. The the video explains why it works. Pretty cool.


It's not practical, but it is interesting.

Finally finished editing myself and my girlfriends Summer 2014 trip to Australia & Singapore! This took a loooooong time, would appreciate any feedback! :)

Not at all! I'm glad you watched it and enjoyed it anyway :) The last song does have a bit of a morbid start to it (especially as I chose the shot of the plane to coincide wit it starting...) but I just love the beat to it :)
